Good afternoon — It’s Wednesday and Lager Day.

In today’s CapCon:

  • Lt. Gov. Antonio Delgado was at the state Capitol Wednesday. Here’s why and what he said.

  • Watch: The Public Campaign Finance Board and Board of Elections have voted to allow campaign funds to be used for security.

  • Hochul called up another two bills Tuesday night. That leaves only two others that haven’t been sent to her desk.

  • One bill Hochul has yet to decide would change how Labor Law in New York is interpreted in a big way.

  • A new bill would ban mobile sports betting on games after they’ve already started.

Names in today’s CapCon: Antonio Delgado, Kathy Hochul, Shelley Mayer, Alex Bores, Jessica Ramos, Harry Bronson, Linda B. Rosenthal, Phil Steck

But he’s now running against Hochul for their party’s nomination in next year’s race for governor. That’s what brought him to the Capitol Wednesday.
