🌱 Rules for how cannabis can be packaged and marketed

Agency: Office of Cannabis Management

Status: Revised Proposed Regulations (Public comment ends Oct. 11)

What it says: This is a revision to regulations proposed by the Office of Cannabis Management in April. These regulations were revised to reflect public comment from the first round.

There are already regulations in place for the packaging, labeling and marketing of cannabis products. This would amend what’s already in place.
