Good afternoon — it’s Thursday and Gingerbread House Day.

In today’s CapCon:

  • 107 more bills were sent to Hochul’s desk Thursday. We have the full list for you to review and a rundown of the highlights.

  • That leaves only five bills that haven’t been sent to Hochul, including the Climate Change Superfund Act.

  • The Assembly has scheduled three more hearings, including one for Friday. (That’s tomorrow.)

Capitol Count features bills that move through the Legislature, including those introduced, passed and considered by the governor. Senate sponsors are capitalized.

The bill she signed Thursday requires health insurers to cover EpiPens.

There are now only five bills passed by the Legislature this year that haven’t been sent to Hochul. I’ll tell you about those after we get through what was sent Thursday.

Like last time, I’ve compiled the list of the bills currently on her desk into a public document. ⬇️
