In today’s CapCon, Gov. Kathy Hochul was in Warren County to speak to business leaders at their annual meeting. Here’s what she said on her record and what’s ahead.

Later, Hochul is making her way through the hundreds of bills on her desk, signing 11 of them into law on Friday.
And a new bill would attempt to ease New York’s housing crisis by giving local governments an incentive to increase supply.
