⚖️ Will N.Y.’s highest court uphold a recent voting law?

Democrats have made several changes to New York’s election regulations since taking the majority in both chambers of the state Legislature in the 2018 elections.

Among them is a law that changed how absentee ballots are counted. That was the subject of arguments Tuesday before New York’s highest court, the Court of Appeals, which is expected to issue a decision before Election Day.
