🏡 The case could not only remove Kennedy from the ballot in New York, but also jeopardize his campaign for president.
Does Robert F. KENNEDY Jr. live in New York or California?
The answer to that question will determine if Kennedy, who’s staging an independent bid for president, will appear on the ballot in New York in November.
And if Kennedy is found to not live in New York — and instead live in California — that could derail his bid for the White House.
Kennedy is seen by political analysts as a potential spoiler in this year’s presidential election if the race between the two major party candidates is close.
Kennedy was in Albany Monday for the start of a five-day trial that’s expected to determine where he actually lives and if, as a result, he misled voters to get on the ballot.
