When to expect state budget bills and a floor vote this week

In today’s CapCon:
We still don’t have any budget bills but that could change tonight or tomorrow.
But we did learn more Monday on items within the budget, including the human services COLA, power for Hochul to cut spending and changes at prisons.
The Legislature has scheduled a hearing in response to the death of Robert Brooks at Marcy Correctional Facility in December.
A top priority for environmental advocates is set to move through a committee this week that tees it up for a floor vote.

I feel like if I tell you at this point when lawmakers and other folks at the Capitol are expecting budget bills, I might as well be throwing darts with a blindfold on.
